COVID-19 update

If news reports about the COVID-19 (Coronavirus) outbreak have left you feeling anxious about an upcoming trip, we want to reassure you that the wellbeing of our customers and staff are of the utmost importance. We understand that you may have questions about your holiday plans, and with the parameters constantly shifting, our top priority is keeping you up to date with all the latest developments of COVID-19, as well as making sure you are informed of all possible impacts on your travel plans.

As this is a fluid situation our team is working around-the-clock to ensure all updates are updated as quickly and as accurately as possible to ensure all travellers depart on holiday with confidence, in the knowledge that they are in safe hands with Titan.

Due to the ongoing outbreak of COVID-19 (Coronavirus) across the world, Titan has taken the decision to not operate any of its departures up to 01 September 2020.

Whilst we know this decision will bring disappointment to many of our customers, we believe this is the responsible action needed to ensure the safety and well being of our customers and employees at this time.

All customers affected have been contacted via post explaining the travel options available and next steps. Alternatively, you can access all information now on your My Titan account via the documents section.

We wish to welcome all customers affected back on a Titan tour at a later date when we are confident we can deliver the high-quality experience that is expected from a Titan holiday.

In light of the on-going outbreak of COVID-19 and the impact it is having on international travel across the world, Titan is pleased to extend its ‘Peace Of Mind’ policy to all customers who are due to travel up to the end of October 2020.

This policy will provide you with the option and peace of mind to postpone your departure or transfer onto another holiday from January 2021, subject to availability, with no cancellation or amendment fee.

As a thank you for your continued support, if you postpone or rebook onto a new holiday under Titan’s ‘Peace Of Mind’ policy by 31 July 2020 you will also benefit from the following additional discounts:

  • •£50pp off any UK short break
  • •£125pp off any river cruise or European tour (excluding UK short breaks)
  • •£200pp off any ocean or long-haul tour

We’re pleased to remind you that your money and holiday is safe and fully protected with Titan through our ABTA membership and ATOL licence.

If you wish to cancel a holiday that is deemed safe to travel by the FCO, Titan’s standard cancellation policy applies.

Please rest assured that we are currently processing all requested refunds for cancelled holidays and are working through these as quickly as we can. Please note, due to the numbers of customers affected this may take a little longer than usual.

We really do hope that the options available mean you won’t cancel your holiday plans. If you do decide to cancel and the FCO has deemed your destination(s) to be safe to travel to, then standard booking conditions and cancellation charges will apply.

We advise all customers travelling beyond August 2020 to continue with all holiday payments unless FCO advice changes and customers are unable to travel. Final balances are required to be paid 75 days prior to departure, or as advised at the time of booking and stated on your confirmation invoice. We’d like to reassure all customers that should Titan have to cancel your holiday for any reason after your final balance has been paid, you will receive a full refund or the option to postpone or transfer onto a different Titan holiday at a later date.

If your final balance is not paid in time, Titan reserves the right to cancel your travel arrangements subject to normal terms and conditions.

Absolutely. We still have many customers who are booking holidays with us. We want to give our customers the peace of mind that whatever situation arises from COVID-19, you will be in safe hands.

Titan is pleased to announce the launch of its new Flexi-Deposit, allowing customers to confidently book a future holiday with just a £49 deposit. Available on all new bookings made before 30 September 2020, the Flexi-deposit provides customers with the option to amend their booking up to 75 days prior to departure at no extra fee should their situation or circumstances change.

Our Price Promise also protects you against any price drops after you’ve booked your holiday. If a holiday is discounted last-minute, you will automatically be refunded the difference.
