On 17 March, the Foreign Commonwealth Office changed the advice for UK citizens against all but essential travel worldwide. If you are still overseas, you should come home now.

Following the most recent Government announcements we’ve had to make changes to the way we work in order to look after the health and wellbeing of our colleagues. This means we have closed all our retail stores and our call centre teams in the UK are having to work from home.
This will make it more difficult to get hold of us but we want to reassure you that we are working really hard to get in touch with customers due to travel imminently to discuss their options as soon as we can.
Due to the high volume of queries we’re receiving, we would ask you to please not contact us. We appreciate that you have questions and concerns but if you have a booking to depart before 16 April 2020 please wait for us to contact you.
If you are due to travel after 17 April please continue to check the website for further updates, flexible ways to amend and details of our terms and conditions.
